Walter Staib (born March 20, 1946 in Pforzheim, Germany) is an internationally renowned chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and hospitality consultant.[1] A skilled self-promoter who is as comfortable in front of a television camera as in front of a stove, Staib is a regularly featured guest on local, national, and international television programs and specials.
He hosts two award-winning culinary programs, A Taste of History and World Cuisine of the Black Forest,which are broadcast worldwide on public television and cable television networks and are also accessible via Internet media.
